Ellis Murphy
I became consistent with my yoga practice at the age of 19, when I was at a very low place in my mental and physical health. The time I spent on my mat quickly became an outlet for me. Yoga helped me bring an element of play and appreciation into my life that I aim to weave into my classes and personal practice. After 5 years of devoting time and care to my own practice, I completed my Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Bali. This training reinforced the love I have for yoga while allowing me to share the joy of the practice with others.
